In the system, the process of adding new Users for notification functions on the basis of an invitation system. Users from Contractor firms as well as Transport/Logistics companies have the capability to invite additional employees to their respective company profiles. Administrators, on the other hand, possess the ability to extend invitations to other companies as well.


We distinguish between two types of invitations:


  1. Invitation of a new User and company.
  2. Invitation of a User to an existing company within the system.

Invitation of a new User and company.

This particular functionality can be utilized by Users from the Client's company (including Administrators, etc.). This form of invitation entails a two-step verification process involving the company's Tax Identification Number (NIP). The inviter provides the NIP in the invitation creation form, which the invitee must confirm by entering it into the form. If the provided NIP does not match, the invitation cannot be accepted.


Upon accepting the invitation, the invitee must, in the first step, input the company's NIP, which, for verification purposes, must correspond to the NIP provided in the invitation form filled out by the inviter:

In the subsequent step, assuming the verification is successful, the invitee provides the User account details, including:



  1. Full name
  2. Password
  3. Company name
  4. Short company name


After reviewing the terms of personal data processing, the terms and conditions, and the safety instructions, the User may commence using the system by entering their email address, to which the invitation has been sent, as their login, along with the newly created password.



Invitation of a User to an existing company within the system.

When inviting a User to an existing company, the process of creating a company profile by the invitee is omitted. The invited individual is only required to complete a User account form, providing the following information:



  1. Full name
  2. Password
