In the case of a long absence from the system, during which no login activity has been recorded for at least a month, the system will automatically deactivate the User's account. If the User wishes to resume using the account prior to logging in, they must activate the account accordingly. To do so:


  1. If, during an attempted login, the following message appears:

    Logging failed:
    Due to longer inactivity your account might have been suspended. The link activating the account has been sent to the e-mail address related to the account. In case of troubles please contact us at support@support.xd or call: +48 585 357 806.
  2. A notification containing an account unlocking link will be sent to the email address assigned to your account.
  3. In the account activation message, click on the "Activate an Account in Logintegra" link:
  4. The link will redirect you to a page associated with a unique key that will unlock your account.
  5. Upon reaching the page, click the "Activate Account" button.
  6. Wait for the system to process the request.
  7. If the account is successfully unlocked, the following message will be displayed:
  8. You can now proceed to log into the application.
