In the event of errors occurring during communication with the courier service, error messages from the respective courier may appear in one of two sections:


  1. Courier section – within the order details.
  2. "Error" message in the "Advice" column.


For errors returned by courier services during the pricing process, the system will display errors in the "Courier" section. To check errors received during pricing:


  1. Open the order details: 
  2. Go to the "Courier" section and expand it.
  3. If errors have occurred, they will be labeled with the name of the service from which they were returned.


For errors returned by courier services when passing the order to the courier, the system will display an error in the "Aviation" column. To check errors received while ordering a courier:


  1. In the "Aviation" column of the selected order, an "Error" message will appear.
  2. Click on the message to access error details.
  3. The system will display a list of errors obtained during the courier booking process.
