Under the "Company" tab, Users have the capability to view the Users operating within the profile of a given company, as well as the existing affiliations with other companies within the system.


To achieve this:


  1. Open the "Company" tab.
  2. In the "User List" section, all active User profiles with access to your company will be displayed:

Affiliated Companies


The functionality of affiliations between Contractor companies and Transport/Logistics companies was designed to enhance workflow with orders and advance notices.


Transport/Logistics affiliated companies allow Contractors to add transport/logistics companies to executed orders within the "Carrier" field, representing the entity carrying out the order. In this scenario, Users of the transport/logistics company gain access to the specified order and the ability to manage its advance notice (creation/editing of advance notice and time window). Carriers/Logistics have access only to those orders to which they are assigned or which they themselves have created.


From the perspective of the Transport/Logistics company, affiliation with a Contractor enables the addition/editing of advance notices on behalf of the affiliated company, and in certain cases, also the creation of orders for the Contractor(s).


To display affiliated companies:


  1. Open the "Company" tab.
  2. In the "Partnerships" section, all active affiliations with Contractors/Carriers will be displayed.
  3. If an affiliation with a particular company is missing, the matter should be reported to the appropriate Administrator within the Client space where the affiliation should exist. More about spaces in this article -> In which Client's space am I located?
