The application allows for simultaneous collaboration with multiple customers linked to your company's profile. These are facilitated by "Customer Spaces," which are configured for each customer with separate configurations, permissions, and workflows. Therefore, when working with multiple customers, the range of permissions for certain actions may vary.


To identify which Customer Space is active, check the name of the displayed company in the upper right corner of the application:

Each user within the company can switch between the Customer Spaces for different customers in the following way:


  1. Log in to the application.
  2. In the upper right corner of the application, you will see the name of the customer, which is also the name of the Customer Space to which the user is currently connected.
  3. Click on the customer's name to expand the list of available Customer Spaces.
  4. Choose and click on the name of the customer to which you want to switch.
  5. The system will reload the page you are on and activate the selected Customer Space from the list.
