Not all Users have the capability to initiate loading/unloading orders. The authority to perform such an action lies with the Administrators of the Client companies.

Within the application, we distinguish between two types of loading/unloading orders:

  1. Single-stage orders - In this type of order, while creating a loading/unloading task, we simultaneously add an advice and reserve a time window.
  2. Two-stage orders - In this type, the loading/unloading order is created first, and only in a subsequent stage can we add an advice and reserve a time window.

Forms for creating both single-stage and two-stage orders may exhibit slight variations. Regardless of the form's layout and the data required to save an order, providing advance notice details (driver, vehicle) and/or selecting an advance notice time window concludes the process of creating a loading/unloading advance notice within the system. In cases where providing advance notice details and/or a time window is not mandatory during order creation, a two-stage order is at hand; otherwise, a single-stage order is generated.
