The extended registration functionality, known as "Submissions," for Transport/Logistics companies enables the verification of collaborating firms within the notification application.
Carriers obligated to undergo the extended registration process provide information about their insurance and licenses in the designated sections and submit documents to validate the provided data. Subsequently, Client Company Administrators verify the information submitted by Transport/Logistics firms to grant them access to work within the application.
Additionally, Administrators verify documents updated by Users after their expiration.
Within the submissions of firms undergoing the extended registration process, the following sections are found:
- Main data: Contains fundamental data for firm identification.
- Groups: Allows for categorizing firms based on various parameters.
- License: Contains information about the licenses held (National, International, for Freight Forwarding).

- Carrier Liability Insurance in International Transport: Contains information about current international carrier liability insurance.
- Freight Forwarder's Liability Insurance: Pertains to freight forwarding insurance.

Grouping of Carriers.
Grouping carriers allows for categorizing firms based on selected parameters. These parameters may vary depending on the Client's context. The "Division by Type of Activity" is a constant group on the platform, which is also mandatory. This means that at least one of the groups within the "Division by Type of Activity" section must be selected:
- International transport: To belong to this group, the sections "Liability Insurance in International Traffic" and "License" must be completed, with international scope chosen when adding the license.
- Domestic Transport: To belong to this group, the sections "Liability Insurance in Domestic Traffic" and "License" must be completed, with either international or domestic scope chosen when adding the license.
- Shipping: Requires completion of the "Liability Insurance for Freight Forwarders" and "License" sections with domestic scope or for intermediation in the transportation of goods.
- Transportation up to 3.5 Tons: Requires completion of the "Liability Insurance in International Traffic" section.
