During the process of creating a transport order, there is a possibility to specify whether the loading/unloading location should be an existing warehouse within the system.

Opting for a warehouse as the loading/unloading point allows for the establishment of a time window exclusively reserved for the created transport within the hours selected by the User. This facilitates monitoring incoming loadings or deliveries from the perspective of the Schedule view.


How to create an order with an advice time window at the warehouse for the loading/unloading location?


  1. Click the +Plan button in the upper right corner of the screen and select the appropriate transport type.
  2. An order creation form will appear.
  3. Complete the order form, designating the loading/unloading location as a warehouse, and click Save and close.


How to add a time window and advice to the order?


  1. Press the Advice button in the order table,
  2. You will be redirected to the Schedule view,
  3. Create a time window for the order by clicking on an empty slot in the Schedule,
  4. The Advice form will be displayed,
  5. Complete the driver and vehicle information in the Advice section,
  6. Press the "Save" button,
  7. The time window along with the advice has been created.
