To transmit an order to a courier and arrange for courier transport, please follow these steps:


  1. In the transport orders table, find the order that has received quotations from courier services.
  2. Click the "Courier" button in the "Carrier" column:
  3. The system will display a courier selection window:
    1. Courier - a dropdown field. Choose the courier company to which you want to assign the order from the list.
    2. Service - a dropdown field. Select one of the courier services that will carry out the transport.
    3. Pickup Date and Time - this field is automatically filled with data from the order details in the "Loading Time Range" section.
  4. After selecting the courier and service, click the "Transmit" button.
  5. Wait for a response from the courier service.
  6. The order has been passed to the courier.

In the "Carrier" column, you will see the courier order number, which, when clicked, will redirect you to the courier service's shipment tracking page:

In the "Aviation" column, you will have the option to display and download the shipping list.
