Esteemed Individuals,

In light of Microsoft's announcement of the complete cessation of development for Internet Explorer 11, we do not provide support for this browser during the development of our forthcoming system versions.

1. What Transpired?

Since December 1, 2021, Logintegra has concluded its support for Internet Explorer in all its systems. However, this does not signify an abrupt cessation of functionality of our applications on this browser. It merely indicates that we will not be testing our systems using Internet Explorer. In case of an error not encountered on other browsers, we will recommend the installation of Chrome, Edge, Firefox, or Opera.

    2. Why Have We Ceased to Support Internet Explorer?

Internet Explorer is an unsafe and infrequently updated browser. Utilizing it poses risks to users to such an extent that Microsoft itself has disallowed the use of its services through this browser. Logging into Microsoft-developed platforms like MS Teams or utilizing Office 365 has already been blocked. Further issues include markedly low performance and the absence of support for modern technologies. All these factors increase software production and testing costs and entail the risk of data interception or loss.

    3. What Are Our Client Options?

Microsoft advises transitioning to the MS Edge browser. If you possess tools that solely operate on IE, a specialized working mode exists in this browser to enable their access. Another solution could involve installing any other contemporary browser such as Opera, Firefox, or Chrome. If, for any reason, this is unfeasible, we kindly urge you to contact your administrator specified in the agreement with our technical support department at info@logintegra.com.
