Users who already possess accounts within the system, upon receiving another invitation, do not need to provide account information again. Instead, they simply need to accept the invitations.
In such cases, there are two methods for accepting invitations. Potential issues are also described at the bottom of the article.
Method 1
If you already have an account in the system and have received an invitation from another Client/Contractor:
- Log in to the application.
- Open the invitation email and click the "Join Logintegra Logistics Platform" link:
- The browser will redirect to the appropriate invitation in the system.
- Click the "Accept" button to confirm the invitation.
- The invitation has been accepted if:
- For invitations from a company collaborating with Logintegra, a new workspace will appear after the page reloads.
- For invitations from a Contractor or a company collaborating with Logintegra, a new affiliation will appear in the form of a company selection when creating an order ("Carrier" or "Supplier/Receiver" field).
Method 2
If you already have an account in the system and have received an invitation from another Client/Contractor:
- Log in to the application.
- Open the "Invitations" tab.
- Left-click on the received invitation.
- Click the "Accept" button to accept the invitation.
- The invitation has been accepted if:
- For invitations from a company collaborating with Logintegra, a new workspace will appear after the page reloads.
- For invitations from a Contractor or a company collaborating with Logintegra, a new affiliation will appear in the form of a company selection when creating an order ("Carrier" or "Supplier/Receiver" field).
Potential Invitation Acceptance Issues
During application usage, there might arise situations where an invitation is erroneously generated by the inviter. In such cases, if any errors occur, the system will display a contact form to Logintegra's technical support department.
In case of problems:
- Please contact the person who created and sent the invitation, providing them with information about the issue.
- Utilize the displayed problem reporting form to convey information about the issue to Logintegra's support department.
