Deactivating a document aims to archive an existing document in a specific section. This deactivation function is useful when a document is initially rejected, and it has been attached to the wrong section. In such cases, if the company should be unblocked, you can deactivate the document to avoid hindering the ability to work within the system. To deactivate a document, locate the company and the section in which the document needs to be deactivated, and then:
- To deactivate the document, click the "Deactivate" button associated with the relevant section and confirm the operation:
- The document has been deactivated, but will still remain visible to Administrators in the "Show Archived Insurances" section.
