In the cooperation submission, you must complete insurance details based on the type of insurance you possess.


The following types of insurance are available for selection:


  • Carrier Liability Insurance in Domestic Transport,
  • Carrier Liability Insurance in International Transport,
  • Freight Forwarder's Liability Insurance,
  • Company Third Party Liability.


To add a new insurance, proceed to the "Company" tab, and then:


  1. Locate the section in the submission form with the type of insurance you wish to add and expand the insurance details by clicking on its name:
  2. Click the "+Add Insurance" button,
  3. A "New Insurance" form will be displayed, in which you should complete the following fields:
    1. Insurance Number – text field,
    2. Insurance Period "from" – date selection field,
    3. Insurance Period "to" – date selection field,
    4. Sum Insured (mandatory field) – numeric field,
    5. Currency (mandatory field) – selection field,
    6. Territorial Scope (mandatory field) – text field,
  4. Confirm the entered data by clicking the "Save Insurance" button.
  5. After saving the insurance, you must attach a scanned document confirming the insurance details:
  6. To add a document, click the "Select File" button and choose a file from your computer.

In this manner, the entire insurance has been added. Insurance details can be edited until they are approved by the company's employee. After approval, no further edits will be possible.
