The primary data section is where you need to input general information about the company. This section should be filled out immediately after registering the company in the system.



To complete the primary data of your company, follow these steps:

Open the "Company" tab.

Fill out the form with the following details:


  1. I have read the "General Terms of Service" (mandatory field) – a selection box. To confirm that you have read the terms of service, check this box. To read the document, click on its name.
  2. Street (mandatory field) – a text field. Enter the street where the company's headquarters are located.
  3. City (mandatory field) – a text field. Enter the name of the city where the company's headquarters are located.
  4. Postal Code (mandatory field) – a text field. Enter the postal code of the company's headquarters.
  5. Country (mandatory field) – a dropdown list. Select the country where the company's headquarters are located.
  6. Tax Identification Number (NIP) – this field will be filled in automatically. Attach a file confirming the assignment of the NIP number to the company.
  7. National Business Registry Number (REGON) – a numeric field. Provide the REGON number if the company has one and attach a file confirming its assignment.
  8. National Court Register Number (KRS/CEiDG) – a numeric field. Enter the number from the KRS extract or the CEiDG number if the company has one, and attach a file confirming its assignment.
  9. Legal Status (mandatory field) – a selection box. Indicate whether the company is a partnership or a sole proprietorship.
  10. Fleet Description – a text field.
  11. Owned Certificates – a text field.
  12. Confirm the entered data by clicking the "Update" button.
