Below is the basic company registration process. Some clients require transportation/logistics companies to undergo an extended registration process to ensure additional verification steps are not required. After registering, log in to your User Account and navigate to the "Company" tab. If the "Company" tab includes sections related to Licenses and Insurances, additional verification is needed. - For registration, you'll need an invitation to the platform,
- Open the invitation message and click "Join the Logintegra Logistics Platform":
- Your browser will be redirected to the registration page, where the registration form will appear:
- Complete the registration form:
- Tax Identification Number (NIP) – enter your NIP number; the value must match the number provided by the inviting party,
- Country – this field is automatically filled based on the value provided by the inviting User,
- After filling in the information, click "Next." If the form is not filled out correctly, the field that wasn't accepted will be highlighted in red.
You will be taken to a new form:
Here, fill in the fields:
- Name and surname,
- Password - Password should be 8 characters long (including numbers, lowercase and uppercase letters),
- Repeat password,
- Company name,
- Short name,
- After filling in the details, review and accept the terms of use for the system. Then click "Join." If the form is not filled out correctly, the field that wasn't accepted will be highlighted in red. If the form is filled out correctly, your company account and a new user account will be created.
- Log in using the login and password provided during registration, then confirm by clicking "Login." The login is the email address to which the invitation was sent.
