The platform enables the addition of new users through an invitation system.


Inviting a User to the System

  1. If you wish to create an account for a new user, proceed to the invitations tab.
  2. To invite a new user, click the +Invite button.
  3. Upon clicking, a form for sending invitations appears.
  4. In the Invite field, leave the value as "To your company."
  5. Next, select the appropriate role for the user.
  6. In the Email field, enter the email address of the person for whom you wish to create an account. The email will also serve as the login for the new user.
  7. Select the ramps to which the new user should have access.
  8. After filling in the necessary information, click the Send button.
  9. Upon clicking, a message confirming the email dispatch appears.


The following steps are executed by the person invited to the system.


  1. The potential new user receives an email containing an activation link.
  2. Upon clicking the activation link, the user is redirected to the form for adding a new user to the Logistics Platform, Logintegra.
  3. The user enters their name and password. Note: The password must consist of at least 8 characters, including both uppercase and lowercase letters, as well as numbers and special character.
  4. After completing the required fields, the user clicks the "Register" button.
  5. They are then redirected to the login page, with a message confirming the successful registration of the new user.
  6. The new user enters their login (which is the email address provided in the invitation) and password.
  7. Upon entering the required information and clicking "Login," the user gains access to the platform.
