User, who does not remember the password to access the delivery notification system, can reset it in the following manner:
- Click on the "Forgot Password?" button, as shown in the screenshot below:
- In the displayed form, provide your email address assigned to your account, to which a link to change the password will be sent.
- After filling out the form, click the "Send" button. Then, check your Inbox of your email linked to your account. You should receive a message with the following content:
- The message contains a link to change the password. Follow the provided link and complete the password change form.
- Click the "Save" button.
- The password has been changed. From now on, when logging into the system, please use the new password.
