User, who does not remember the password to access the delivery notification system, can reset it in the following manner:

  1. Click on the "Forgot Password?" button, as shown in the screenshot below:
  2. In the displayed form, provide your email address assigned to your account, to which a link to change the password will be sent.
  3. After filling out the form, click the "Send" button. Then, check your Inbox of your email linked to your account. You should receive a message with the following content:
  4. The message contains a link to change the password. Follow the provided link and complete the password change form.
  5. Click the "Save" button.
  6. The password has been changed. From now on, when logging into the system, please use the new password.
